Min primære forskningsinteresse ligger i at afdække hvordan kroppen tilpasser sig til tung styrketræning. Herunder er mit centrale interessefelt hvordan den motoriske kontrol af de involverede muskler i en given øvelse tilpasses, for at øge styrken. Dette emne benævnes som oftes, inter-muskulær koordination, og de tilpasninger der sker her falder ind under kategorien, neurale adaptationer.
